Stakeholder meeting is going to be organised in Croatia (Faculty of Food Technology Osijek, Franje Kuhača 20), on 13th January 2011.

According to programe (download programe), partners from Croatia will present prepared trainings:

• Industrial drying,
• Quality of fruits and vegetables, storage, preparations for distribution and sale,
• Sensory analysis in food industry and
• Health from the plate.

At the end of meeting, parters from Romania and Serbia are going to make introduction on Trainings developed in those two countries.

From 13th to 15^th of October held a three-day training course "Train the trainers". The coach was Jim Hillman from Telford University. The training was attended by six participants from the University of Novi Sad and 6 participants from University of Osijek.
